The propane system works fine and the intake is new, installed by a certified pipe fitter. It can be plugged in for electric power for lights, a heater, microwave to work. I did not explore the water system so that is to be discovered by the new owner. There is a bathroom set up with tub and shower so it can have water installed.
There is a living room space and a seating area that can turn into another bed as well as a bunk. It can sleep 5.
