This trailer has been a wonderful home and workspace for me and my kids, and now that we’ve finished a dedicated office space, it’s time for it to go to someone who can enjoy it next.
It features a Nature’s Head composting toilet (original black water system still in place but winterized), triple bunks, two slide-outs, and a tankless on-demand water heater. Solar is not included, but a simple solar system is very doable.
Included:
• Tank stands for extra propane tanks
• Propane line extension
Condition:
It’s not in perfect shape, but it’s a very manageable project for someone handy.
• Roof has no known issues but should have routine maintenance soon
• HVAC needs a thorough cleaning
• Floor in the front slide-out should be checked and will likely need repair
I’m only asking what I need to pay off the loan. It’s been well-loved and has a lot of potential for the right person—whether for camping, full-time living, or a rental income prospect.
