There are 2 separate small tiny buildings on wheels – one is a kitchen living room the other is the bedroom. They go together but I am willing to sell them separately.
I had these built for myself, for retirement. But then I fell in love with a Dutch-man and moved to Holland. Therefore- Need to sell. Willing to consider reasonable offers. I put over $45,000, that doesn’t include the many hours I put into these lovely buildings.
Two buildings on wheels: 8.5 X 12 and the 2nd one – 8.5 X 10. (All dimensions conform to road regulations).
$45,000 for both, or make offer

* 8.5 X 10 (the bedroom & storage) - $19,500 or make offer
One building is the kitchen-living room and the other is the bedroom building. They go together and could be positioned such that a covered deck could be added between for easy access between both buildings and expanding the space. There is no bathroom. A small portable RV toilet could easily be added. I added a shower head to the outside, connected to the water line and hot water heater. So an outdoor shower stall could be added. (add an outhouse for independence?)
I designed these buildings, did the research to find the top-quality materials. Contracted with local licensed professionals to do the carpentry, plumbing and electrical.
The trailers are brand new and are registered, and have clean titles. The buildings are not RV certified. (New owner can have that done if they wish).

Special features:
Brand new Rinnai on-demand tankless hot water heater, plumbed to the kitchen sink and outdoor shower head. Heated RV hose for water intake in freezing weather.
Insulation: All floors, walls and ceilings are insulated, no leaks, mold or insects.
No smoking or pets have been in these buildings.

Double pane windows and high ceiling make it feel spacious and beautiful. The interior ceilings are untreated cedar panels and the smell is wonderful.

Built in bed frame with slats for airflow + foam pad. Night stand.
Large mirror, coat racks, chest of drawers and lots of storage options
Porch and stairs come with each building. Porch lights too.
Many simple and elegant details. Everyone who comes to visit is enchanted with these spaces.

The trailers:
Brand new purchased from the manufacturer in Portland – Iron Eagle. The trailers are designed for tiny houses and are equipped with lights. I’ve kept the tires covered. There’s one spare tire and 4 jacks for each trailer.
The building shells:
Built by Miller Barns in Mount Vernon. The shells were built from the trailer frame up. They are bolted firmly to the trailer beds. Moisture barrier and insulated floors. The shells came with the windows, doors and roof already installed expertly. NO LEAKS. I added electrical, and insulation in the walls and ceilings.
