In good condition, kept in a garage throughout our ownership. An easy tow for a small car. New navigation lights & good tires. She has been to Yosemite Ca. and Tofino B.C with us. Includes new foam bedding-sleeps 2. Cabin has been re-seamed with silicon caulk under trim, has new interior light switches; new curtains. Has cabin cover and kitchen counter extension. Car/trailer electrical connection is for brake lights only. Grease zerks installed on wheel caps. Spare tire included. Measurements: Trailer/cabin measures 4’wide and 4’ high and 8’ long + 30” trailer tongue, Tongue weight is approximately 60 lbs. Sleep space is 74” long and 47” wide with 1 cabin light and shelf and 2 task lights, 1 sink and 1- 7” over the counter shelf.
