I have a 35 ft 2024 Sportsman travel trailer for sale. I bought it less than 9 months ago to live in with my family. I spent over $3,000 in making updates and renovations to the trailer to make it possible to live in year round. The camper trailer has three bunks and the ability to have a fourth if desired, I took the fourth one out temporarily so that my kids had more play space in their room. There is a queen size bed in the front bedroom and there is a couch that is a twin size bad as well.

On the property that the trailer currently is parked, there are three sheds. One of the sheds belongs to the trailer park and the other two can go with the sale of the trailer if you so desire. There is also a generator available to be used with the trailer and I had a 150 gallon propane tank delivered and hooked up at the park. The trailer is moving ready.

If you want to keep the trailer at cresthaven, it's a trailer park and Tiny home community that is less than a 5-minute walk from Lake Padden. You would need to fill out their application form which is relatively easy. Then you would be able to keep the trailer there and continue renting a site. If you would like to move the trailer you would be able to do so once the final sale was complete.
