Now Hiring: Experienced Residential & Commercial Roofer
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Roofing Technician with experience in PVC, TPO, and Composite Shingle Roofing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working on both residential and commercial roofing projects and be committed to quality workmanship and safety.
Responsibilities
• Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems including:
• PVC Roofing
• TPO Roofing
• Composite Shingle Roofing
• Perform roof inspections and identify repair needs.
• Remove and replace damaged roofing materials.
• Follow project specifications and manufacturer installation guidelines.
• Maintain a safe and clean job site.
• Work effectively with crew members and project managers.
• Operate roofing tools and equipment safely.
• Other job duties as assigned including exterior renovations such as Vapor Barriers, Claddings, and Decks.
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of roofing experience preferred.
• Proven experience with PVC, TPO, and Composite Shingle roofing systems.
• Residential and commercial roofing experience preferred.
• Ability to work at heights and lift heavy materials.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
• OSHA certification is a plus.
