I have a Spider Staging Skyclimber cable hoist man lift made for building maintenance and construction. I recently had the motor replaced with a high quality Made is USA Leeson 2hp 115v motor, completely rewired with quality wire, and a new factory electro-magnetic internal brake. Rated for 800lb max load, or 1000lbs gross (including basket)

This thing is in fantastic condition recently rebuilt and functioning perfect. Usully for sale between 4,000 to $5500 used in worn condition. Has approx 300 feet of good cable on it. This thing would be amazing for a high canopy tree house, vertical mineshaft, or its intended use of building repair/construction.

$3200, or trade for nice 4x4 Honda rancher quad, suzuki samurai, or tractor with loader.
