16 foot, single-axle, 4-person, used camper.
Unusual interior layout; bunkbeds both front and back. We used the top bunks for a great place to store extra stuff without it getting under our feet.
OUR USAGE:
Not used in last 2 years
Only used in ‘on-grid’ public camping parks with water and AC power available (no off-grid use)
As just two of us, we used overhead bunks as large extra storage space
We pulled it with our Toyota 6 cylinder Toyota SUV
PLUSSES:
Has both AC and battery-powered DC lights and outlets
Current license plate tag -through August
Still set up to accommodate four people for sleeping
Tires in very good condition
Brand new spare tire/rim
Comes with AC microwave - stored and operated within the RV
Comes with small portable AC refrigerator (we hand-carry it to available picnic table and plug in)
Storage under both front and back bunks
Storage in both upper bunks
Built in Propane heater
Two full propane tanks (mounted to tongue)
Two portable leveling screw jacks
Has a basic water system, which we never used as we always camped in services-available parks
MINUSES:
Propane stove not used in years
Battery is sketchy (we always used available AC power)
Damage to back bunk wall, lower right corner
Propane heater not used in years (we used portable AC heater - to make use of free park electricity)
OTHER:
there is NO bathroom in the RV; this is a smaller 16' single axle RV geared more for where camping offers that facility. We did plan to put a composting toilet in the closet but never got around to it as all our campsites had bathrooms available.
