This sander works like new. Includes manual, box, and I can throw in some P120 and 220 sandpaper that fits it. I bought this sander at Lowe's a couple of years ago and have used it occasionally for assorted homeownership tasks, but now that I've sold my house, it's time for it to find a new home.
