Nice heavy-duty 3” USA-made vise mounted on stand. The vise has has very nice steel jaws that show no wear. The jackscrew moves like butter, with lots of jaw strength. The cool stand is made of an antique car spoked wheel, and holds the vise fairly high at just over 44”, so you can work close to your upper body and eyes! I found that if I was doing something hard, I would set a couple of bags of lead shot or sand on the base to anchor it to the floor. It could also be bolted down if needed. I wanted to keep it mobile.

The vise action moves smoothly and will open to about 6” of useable jaw space. The steel jaws look great with no damage.

I have had this vise for years, but I’m consolidating my shop and it’s time to find a new home. Hopefully it will treat you as well as it has me! I’m located near the Skagit/Whatcom county line off of Hwy 9.
