This is a NEW in Box 1905 EVERGREEN SPRUCE TREE by Life-Like Trains - It is a Large Scale Tree that features a heavily weighted base. It measures approximately 10 inches in height. We bought it to use with our Department 56 Dickens Village Landscaping but never got around to using it. It is in mint condition.
