Me and my housemates are looking for a person or a couple to take over my lease of a private bedroom at Flora Blue Apartments, starting around the end of december or beginning of January. I’m leaving to a foreign service job that leaves in mid-January so that is the deadline for moving in. The Room:
A private bedroom with your own bathroom and closet.
Large enough room for 2 people comfortably.
Private space but kitchen, living room and laundry are shared among the other 3 housemates.
Rent:
If 2 people moving in $680 before utilities.
If 1 person moving in $850 before utilities.
Additional apartment features:
4 bed, 3 bath.
LGBTQ Friendly, one housemate being a part of the LGBTQ community.
3 male roommates, 2 of which are international students from Malaysia and Thailand, last one being American.
No gender preference for people moving in.
Couch, TV, washer and dryer, heating, mattress, all included.
Spacious kitchen and living room.
Parking garage on site but costs extra to use, street parking available otherwise.
