- 3 roommates, all guys in their 20s. Very considerate and intelligent grad students at WWU
- Lease ends July 31st, 2026
- (Very) quiet, secluded neighborhood; lots of foliage
- Driveway parking for 3 cars, lots of space at bottom of driveway for parking, not used by any neighbors
- House is recently built, clean, 2200 sqft with modern amenities
- TV and couches in living room, space to put personal items
- Bedroom on the smaller side; but clean, with large east facing window overlooking trees
Money Stuff
- Upfront dues: Security deposit ($900, paid over 3 months), refundable
- Total rent is $3600/month. Smaller room = smaller payment (rent and amenities already calculated into stated price of $920)
- Tenant-paid amenities: electricity, natural gas, internet
- Rent due on 5th of every month
- Must pay for occasional propane refills for heating (at most one more time between now and July 31st) ($200 split between roommates)
