You can take my spot in this 2bed1bath apartment with a move in cost of only 250$ (half of the lease takeover fee). Utilities and Wi-Fi avg around 100 per month. No pets. I would be taking most decor with me when I move out.
20 min walk to WWU, 10 min by bus. Just down the street from Grocery Outlet and walkable to downtown.
