My roommates and I have decided to upgrade from our apartment to a house, however, we resigned our lease term for the next term as a safety net. We have since found houses we are interested in, however, we are looking for 3 people to do a lease takeover ASAP!

This apartment is a perfect size, with one master bedroom w/ a bathroom attached and two smaller bedrooms (not by much!). It has a large patio, parking lot, in-building laundry, a full kitchen with bar seating, and ample closet space. Animals are welcome (with a pet fee) but if you have a service animal or ESA it's free. It's around a 5 minute walk to south campus of WWU and easy access to bus lines. Perfect for students or anyone looking for a place close to the WWU/downtown area!

Since this is a lease takeover, we are not asking you to put down a deposit. You can keep the deposit we already put down, so all you have to do is get approved for the takeover and pay rent, so no extra expenses! Looking for someone to take over as soon as possible or immediately, but we are flexible. Contact for more info and/or showing if you are interested or know anyone that would be.
