I have a Precor TRM9.31 Version 2 Precision Series Treadmill with only 165 miles on the ODO. This is the nicest Home/Light institutional treadmill Precor made at the time. 3.0 HP motor, 15° incline, and 22" wide 20,000 mile walk belt. This thing looks and sounds brand new, it has 165 miles on the 20,000 mile walk bed/walk belt. If you are considering a Treadmill i strongly urge you to take a look at this unit, it was $5,000 new for a reason! Its made in Woodinville at Precor USA. It has a world class GFX patented suspension system and a very Powerful 3.0 Horsepower motor. It doesnt have one scratch or mark and could be sold as a new unit if set next to a brand new unit. The person using it for the entire 165 miles was a 70 year old little old lady walking at under 3.5 miles. I can deliver and set it up, and it includes a warranty on parts and labor.
