I have a Precor TRM9.31 Precision Series Treadmill($5,000 new) and a Precor EFX5.37 Precision Series Elliptical($5,000 new) that were over $10,000 new together, both are in Great Shape, used very little. These both came from a rich persons home in Bellevue, i service them for a living and was tasked to go remove them as the customer was relocating to California for work. I have gone through them completely, they have no mechanical issues. These are both rated for 8 hrs a day of use and are the units youd find in high end hotels. One year warranty on labor and 90 days parts included. Delivery available
