We are seeking a part-time Construction Estimator / Project Coordinator to prepare residential and light commercial project estimates in Whatcom County.
Responsibilities:
Visit project sites (or review photos)
Create detailed estimates and proposals
Calculate labor and material costs
Follow up with customers
Assist with scheduling and project planning
Qualifications:
Experience in construction, custom woodworking, or handyman services
Ability to read plans and measurements
Strong communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Must be presentable and come across well.
This is a great side job. We do a lot of estimates in the evenings and weekends so its a great bonus job.
