My name is Ken, 40 years of design and building, I’m retired but looking for a small project to keep me busy and a few dollars to spend on the grandkids. I split my time working half the week as a handyman; half the week doing architectural design at the counter window at WOOD’s Boulevard Park
Handyman rates 2-5 hours projects
Rates:
minimum 2 hours -$90
1/2 hour billing rate after initial minimum - $20
I can help you:
-fix doors and cabinets
-fix closet door tracks
-patch and paint walls and ceilings
-small tile projects or repairs
-wood trim and finishing work
-install new light fixtures, ceiling fans (standard ceiling height)
-replace bathroom, kitchen plumbing fixtures
-Assemble IKEA, WayFair flat pack furniture
*no exterior ladder work
I can fix just about anything that makes you crazy.
