Male retiree, a gentleman, is anxious to remove himself from an extremely toxic environment.
This need is based on experiences from my alledged adulthood; during which I have fortunately found myself working and living with a great variety of individuals, of varied temperaments.
Yet none as Bombastic, Verbose, Egotistical, Pretentious, Detrimental, and often -- extremely Inappropriate as my landlord... (the recent husband to a woman known for nearly a decade).
So I need to move on! 😢
I am of modest means, with minimal possessions and reliant upon public transit - very much in need of residential alternatives.
As mentioned above, my financial situation is very modest. So, I would need to limit rent, etc. to no more than half my Social Security.
