About me: 37 year old queer woman employed as a program director at a local college. Have a 5 year old pup who is a big snuggle bug. I like being in community, sharing tea and food, resting, reading, knitting, and exercise. I don't drink much or use other substances very often and am looking for someone similar. Not a party gal at this age!
About you: Looking to share a space with me and my dog! Want to find a house or apartment where we can share space in a community-oriented way while also being respectful of boundaries and autonomy. Maybe you have a dog and we can help each other with dog care?? (not required but would be lovely). Ideally you are also in your 30s or 40s. Stable income a must.
The ideal space (in my opinion): 2-3 bedrooms. Fenced-in yard. Walkable area. W/D in-unit. I can pay $1,200 or so per month and would be open to conversations about a rent split that works for everyone.
