Need a person for a Lease Handover (Bellingham)

I am in need of a person willing by the end of this year to go over the lease handover process of an apartment unit. The whole apartment itself is comprised of 5 private rooms with a shared living space (Kitchen, hallway, and living room), and 3 shared bathrooms (toilet and shower). For my unit specially the rent costs about $800 plus any fees (important to note is it that never exceeds $950), and the apartment unit itself is a room with a balcony and a shared bathroom. There is minimal noise on my side, good privacy, and a personal sink and mirror.
Additional add-ons include parking (which should be discussed with the Unit-owners) and on site laundry which is close by. Location is close by several stores and to the Western Washington University Campus. More information would be given through later conversations if contacted.
