Assistance returning home (B’ham area)

2 years ago I moved from the Columbia neighbourhood of B’ham for a work contact in Austin, Texas working as an auditor and loss prevention specialist for a large hotel chain. With that contact complete I need to go back home. I already have my old position at my old hotel in Bellingham and my start date is as soon as I arrive back in town.
$800 cap on rent. I am not a tobacco smoker but do smoke cannabis. As an auditor, my work hours are 11pm to 7am. I’m not a light sleeper so no fears of day time noise needs to be considered.
I only need one bedroom.
Only issue/request is no leases with Son Rise/ Pure property management or whatever they call themselves now.
