Description of duties: This position is to provide support to SPIE staff by troubleshooting desktop/laptop software and hardware problems in a responsive and customer service-oriented fashion. The successful candidate will work individually and as part of a team to evaluate and resolve customer issues in timely manner. Work will include hardware/software troubleshooting, Asset management, ticket escalation, network troubleshooting, and support of ongoing projects
Education & Experience Requirements: Current college students only please. Computer Science, Information Technology, students preferred.
Location: Physical work location in Bellingham, WA. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas.
