These trailers have a taller ceiling height inside compared to regular travel trailers or motorhomes, which also contributes to the more open feeling inside.
This was purchased brand new, paid cash, and has clear title, and she's lived in this trailer for 5 years but now needs to move to a place where she can have more assistance. She's lived very lightly in the trailer and is a very clean person. Non smoker and no pets lived in here.
Comes with washer and dryer already installed and were both bought brand new to go into the trailer. Big Screen TV, built in stereo system, and everything that came with the trailer stays with the trailer. Also has a built in central vacuum system which works very well. Has Air Conditioning built in, as well as a ducted furnace that uses propane and will heat up the trailer very quickly. Nice thermostat to set the temperature and forget it. In addition to that, the electric fireplace under the TV can be used for additional heating for the main living area and works very well. Automatic Awning.
One thing we did was resized the King Size Bed into a Queen Size bed so my Mom could fit a Queen Size Mattress in the bedroom so it would have a little more space to walk around both sides of the bed.
The trailer is currently set up at Cedars RV in Ferndale WA. It comes with the Stairs/Porch as seen in the photos.
Upon approval (from Cedars RV) purchaser can move into this trailer right where it's at (825 per month at Cedars RV, and is a really nice clean and safe park with a pool and utilities also available at Cedars), or you could move it where ever you wish. Can be towed with a one ton pickup truck.
