The goods:
-watertight roof and exterior seals, owned for a few years with no leaks
- clean interior with no mold
-working 30amp power system
-clean and working two tank propane system
-working water pump with no leaks in plumbing
-working propane furnace, water heater, and air conditioning unit
-working fridge freezer/combo, microwave, and stoves, with free induction stovetop included
-working sinks, toilet and shower( new shower head)
-plenty of storage with dresser included
-clean, queen sized bed included
-dehumidifier and space heater included
-newly re paneled, custom front door
-all original lights recently replaced with brighter LED fixtures
-newly added counter extension for kitchen(plenty of cooking space with induction stove)
-recently replaced front jack stabilizer motor, back working fine
-removed stock dinette area for more space
-has been treated recently with rodent repellent and comes with sound repelling devices as well
The bads:
-needs a new mechanical awning(the replacement job can be done with two people, you'll just need to source a new one)
-minor, non essential fixtures need replacing, like several cabinet latches or kitchen drawer track
-needs a new screen door replacement
Unfortunately I can't take it with me where I'm headed, so ideally, I'm looking for someone to make a good home of this trailer!
