I have a room available . It’s a beautiful house and a clean room. I work a lot and don’t usually get home till six o’clock, so i’m hardly ever here. I just need someone who’s dependable and easy going, as I have too much room for my needs at the moment. Full kitchen with a partially shared bathroom as my kids are here every other weekend. Mostly new appliances, including laundry with a freshly remodeled bathroom. Parking out front and storage in the garage, If you need it. I’m not opposed to couples, but it has to be the right couple. I’d like to do a three month lease, And then go month to month after that
