Lease is until March 2026, there are 2 roommates, one roommate is leaving. The staying roommate would like to continue the lease until August 2026. Rent is 1525 + gas,electric and internet which is about ~$850 for each roommate per month. 2 Parking spots, Laundry in apartment, near Lynden downtown.
Windermere charges $500 for the transfer application fee. The new roommate will also pay the leaving roommate $1300 to cover his part of the security deposit. The new roommate will get their half of the security deposit back when the lease ends.
You can keep the bed, mattress and desks of the leaving roommate if you want, otherwise it will just be stored at my parents house.
