We have one bedroom left. $800 a month. I can provide photos and a tour upon request. I'll pay for utilities and yard work.
This house is very nice and clean. There's newer paint, silver appliances, laminate and tile flooring, new light fixtures, new toilets, new sinks, new bathroom vanities, new bathroom floors, new smoke alarms, new gas forced air vents, new stain on window ledges, new blinds, etc.
I'd prefer no pets. But would consider a cat or small dog.
There's a washer-dryer in the garage. This is a good neighborhood with very little traffic. No busy street.
The kitchen and living room would be shared space. I've done this before and it's worked out well!
I want good credit and good income please.
