The room is a den sort of space in the basement. This is a larger space, about 14’x14’. It has its own entrance and a half bath in the laundry room. I just got done remodeling the room, with new flooring, insulation, and paint. $850/mo, plus $100/mo utility share. $1000 security deposit. Cats are fine, dogs depend on the dog.
As a roommate, I’m a 37 yo single guy. I work from home but travel a decent amount. I keep things pretty quiet and will generally expect you to do the same when I’m around. I keep the place reasonably clean, but I work in construction and am not a clean freak by any stretch. I ski, bike, snowmobile, motorcycle, and wrench on machines. If you’re into any of that, that would be great. There is another roommate who lives upstairs with me, who is very similar.
The room is available for approximately the next 12-18 months, but at some point I will be moving out and you will need to as well, unless you want to commit to lease the whole house at that point. Lease terms will reflect that.
