Mature adults live here so it is quiet, well maintained and offers a home where it is comfortable, quiet, and peaceful setting.
I cannot allow pets. Full admission, I do have a dog that primarily stays in my room, he is a 4 year old lab mix so I am not looking to add any other pets here, but potential renters must be accepting of having a dog in the home. He is trained and very friendly.
I perform all house and yard work duties. You will be responsible for cleaning your room as it is part of my home.
Dryer on site, currently no washer although there is a laundromat within 5 min drive

rent includes private room, all utilities, wifi internet, and full use of common areas, as well as hand soap, kleenex, toilet tissue and dish soap.
