We are located 2 blocks from the beach, and in the middle of the island. The house is in a safe and quiet neighborhood with beautiful tropical foliage.
The room is fully furnished with a Queen size bed, tv, dresser, desk, tables, chair, tinted windows, and a large closet.
The room is in the North section of the house and is separated by a hallway entry door that includes a very nice and clean shared bathroom with one other tenant.
Utilities included in the rent: Electric, water, high-speed internet, and internet tv with over 100 stations.
Additional amenities include: Driveway parking, separate fridge, washer/dryer, large swimming pool, gas grill, gazebo, large game room with a pool table, bar, and several sitting areas outside.
Pets OK. Smoking and vaping is prohibited inside the house.
We would prefer a long-term tenant. Must be enrolled at a local campus or have full time employment. A background check is required.

About us: we are two adults in our 40's with children who are 7 and 10 years old, and a barky one-year-old dog. We are quirky and Jewish and have a science-informed view of the world. We are very active in our kids' school communities. I am a software engineer and my wife is a naturopathic doctor and midwife.
We're looking for someone who would be excited to participate in family dinners and generally be a friendly presence in the house with our two children and dog. We're looking for someone who can can either use kosher or vegetarian practices in our kitchen. We want someone who will join us for meals when possible, share dinner cooking, and help keep the house tidy.
We have backyard chickens, beautiful gardens, and fruit tree orchards on our property.
The room is a small furnished room with a full-size bed, a desk, and a dresser. There is also a closet. The room is on the lower level of our split-level home. The person who rents the room would have their own bathroom. They would also be welcome and encouraged to use all the common spaces of our house and property.
