There's a large kitchen, plenty of living space, 2 fireplaces, a garage with laundry, a home gym, a large garden, fruit trees, and a barn with storage and art studio space possibilities if need be. Some of the barn is rented out as art studios.
My partner and I (28 & 31) live on the other side of the house, we have 3 indoor cats, chickens out by the garden, and bees. We have 1 roommate Jimmy (40s) who's in the room next to the one available. We try to keep things relatively clean, ADHD allowing, and we're looking for housemates who will share the load in keeping the house nice but are ok with the occasional project. It's an artsy, queer, and easy going home, perfect for someone who loves animals and spending time outdoors. The house is owned by my dad so private landlord, no property management companies, and prompt repairs
