I have 1 room available starting Dec 1st, private rental out by E Hemmi and Noon rd on 5 acres.

- Rent for bedroom 1 - CLAIMED
- Rent for bedroom 2 - $800
- Utilities range from about $150/person in the winter to $50/person in the summer
- Bathroom is shared with between bedroom 1 and 2 (but there is a spare bathroom in the garage)

There's a large kitchen, plenty of living space, 2 fireplaces, a garage with a gym set up and laundry, a large garden, fruit trees, and a barn with storage space possibilities if need be. Some of the barn is rented out as art studios.

My partner and I live on the other side of the house, we have 3 indoor cats and 6 chickens out by the garden. We try to keep things relatively clean, ADHD allowing, and we're looking for housemates who will share the load in keeping the house nice but are ok with the occasional project. It's an artsy, queer, and easy going home, perfect for someone who loves animals and spending time outdoors.
