Our house is a laid back and easy going environment. Not a party house and we both work and keep 9-5 Monday-Friday jobs. I've lived here 12 years and she has lived with me 3 years.
Our current roommate is moving out and the room will be available Feb 1st.
The house is located a walking distance from Whole Foods/Lakeway Fred Meyer, and a ten minute walk for downtown. Plenty of bus lines in the area as well. We also have 2 gardening beds in the backyard to use.
Private landlord, 750 dollar a month rent with 750 dollar deposit. On site laundry, parking spaces, high speed internet, etc. Utilities range from 60 total in the summer to 150 in the colder winter months and include electric, gas, internet, water, sewer, and garbage.
