Hiya everyone. I am looking for a new roommate, hopefully someone who wants to stay a long time. I am offering a spacious room with LOW rent in exchange for me needing more space in the apartment for my stuff and my gaming corner (which I ask to be left alone). Also hoping for minimal guests; I don't bring people over very often but will absolutely communicate when I do.
I do have two kitties, I don't smoke and I am laid back and easy to get along with. Property management does do a background and credit check (needs to be at least 630+). I am not perfect but I do consider myself to be a cool chill roommate who's easy to communicate with.
Laundry on site, everyone gets a parking pass and rent will be pretty low around 600 to 700 TOTAL depending on utilities. Very negotiable.
