My last roommate moved out and now I am seeking someone new to take the room. I am hoping for a long term roommate.
I’m 32, self employed, and have two well behaved cats. I enjoy hiking, movies and mostly keep to myself when I get home.
The ideal roommate would be a solo renter, employed full time, no smoking, drinking OK, minimal house guests. I rarely bring people over as the apartment is a safe quiet space to unwind from daily life. Additional animals kept in tanks are fine, just no more cats or dogs since we are at capacity with my kitties.
Laundry on site, and everyone gets a parking pass. The entire complex is no smoking and is close to all sorts of shopping. The apt is located near Winco, a 5-10 minute walk. The room itself is a good sized room with a large closet and comes with a min-fridge & freezer combo. Everything outside of the room is already fully furnished.
Management will do a background and credit check. No application fee, and just need first and possibly last months rent. Monthly rent is between 700-800 depending on utilities and is to be paid before the end of the month. Again, hoping for a long term roommate.
