Available bedroom has a North-facing window, closet, and could be optionally furnished. The house has a few stairs. Laundry access on site. Pets are loved, one ESA currently. Prefer if your pet be Indoor/Outdoor, or at least you not go bonkers if your sweetie-pie slips outside into the fully fenced yard. ;-).
This housing share is offered on a month-to-month, ongoing bases with an easy-in, easy-out contract. No lease required. However, it's nice when roomies can plan out for a few seasons.
Anyone who live here would have a job OR steady gigs OR family responsibilities, OR a volunteer position, OR enrollment in classes to fill their life, and the ability to be considerate during ordinary parallel use of common spaces.
First/Last/general security deposit required. Special considerations may be extended to someone with unique circumstances ~and need~~ who otherwise would be an easy-going housemate, (i.e. payday payments for the last month's prepaid rent). Pro-rated fairly @ Move-in.
Your fully-refundable $300 security deposit will be gladly returned within 2 weeks of
move-out with satisfied terms: a proper notice, returned keys, with no damage, no waste, and paid bills at move out.
A background check/eApp fee would only be requested upon _final consideration_ to move in, and only necessary for those who otherwise lack easily verified history. All backgrounds are verified prior to any move ins (--whatever the facts). Everyone benefits!
