Location: Fairhaven/South Hill near Lowell Elementary
Rent: $875 + utilities. Lease goes until 8/2/26 with option to renew.
Room available: The room is on the main floor tucked in a corner of the house. Excellent view of the water with two windows and hardwood floors. Includes a closet.
Features: The main floor has 2 bedrooms with the entire basement rented to one of the roommates. The main floor bathroom is shared with the upstairs roommate. Main floor has a cute kitchen, and living room with an open floor plan and enormous bay window. Washer + dryer downstairs.
No pets unfortunately.
Current housemates Sarah and Madi are both 30ish and stay busy hanging with friends, spending time outside running and biking, and cooking! Both work remotely and often from home. We generally keep a tidy home and occasionally host small gatherings.
We’re looking for another woman to join the house, ideally over 25 years old.
