Rent is $1,200/mo flat with everything included (ALL utilities and amenities here and there).
Terms are very flexible but 6 months minimum is preferred.
There is a queen bed available if needed (if not, I'll likely donate it).
The house has a hot tub and landscaped yard.
Garage space is available, and a washer and dryer on premises.
All common areas are furnished.
Home is located near Cordata Park with lots of trails nearby.
Neighborhood is located on the city bus line and is well lit with lots of parking.
Pets are negotiable (depending on ESA or Service Animal status).
About us:
I (Casey, he/him) own the home and only live here part-time. I work hybrid for a Seattle-based nonprofit. I enjoy mountain biking, hiking, backpacking, climbing, live music, skiing and generally anything outdoors.
Bruce is very artistic, enjoys time with friends and family, drawing/painting, gaming, lifting, health and fitness.
We are both mid-30's, physically active, routined and respectful personalities and keep a clean house.
