I have one room for rent in my house. The room Is 15ft by 20ft. There is a bathroom that is essentially yours except me and my kids shower in there a few times a week. There is a half bath that we use for our daily needs.
I have my kids everyother week and run my own business, so I am not home except when my kids are around. I have two dogs that I take out twice a day. You would not be responsible for them in anyway, but they do occupy the main living space when I'm not home, so you must be comfortable with dogs.
When I have my kids and am home, we like to play boardgames, and spend our time outside. Some of our hobbies are snowboarding, bike riding, paddleboarding, camping, art, diy, and gardening.
I'm looking for a no drama couple or individual. The rental will be available at the beginning of February. If you are interested, I will be holding interviews and meeting with people to make sure it's a good fit.
The rent for the room is $800 and utilities are split 50/50.
