Hello, my name is Emily. I am 44 years old and a practicing Phlebotomist. I am currently looking for a roommate to share a two bedroom, one bath house I am renting. Rent is $900 plus utilities. I have lived here for four years. It is a comfortable, clean, cozy house in a safe neighborhood. It is within a five minute drive to Whatcom Falls, Whatcom Lake, easy drive to downtown. It has a small but lovely back and front yard. Your room has a cute little private patio. Shared full kitchen, dining, bathroom, living room and laundry. The house is semi furnished but the living room will be empty and available for you to set up as you like. You will have plenty for empty kitchen space to fill as you wish.There is an attic for storage. I would prefer a female occupant, however if the right fit, I am open to a male roommate. This is a cat and dog friendly home. I have a dog named Molly. She is an 8 year old Portuguese Water dog and weighs around 45lbs. She is very kind, gentle and doesn’t shed or bark. She has lived with cats and other dogs with no issues. No dogs over 55lbs as a side note. You must have verifiable income and be willing to sign a one year lease.
