This room is upstairs, has large windows w/ tons of natural light, and a closet w/ a good deal of storage space. Basement has additional room for storage. W/D in unit. Huuuuge house and this is the largest room in the house. Must be okay w/ some level of noise and having guests in the house as everyone is pretty social and the space is often used to host small gatherings, w/ the occasional party. Roommates are between the ages os 22-27. House is near Mt Baker Theater. Owned by landmark. All queer house, trans + POC take priority.
