Reposting because it's been a hot minute. I need YOU to take over my old lease ASAP!
Get yourself a room in an apartment in the Sehome neighborhood, a quick jaunt away from the Sehome Village shopping center and tons of restaurants. Spacious living and dining room areas with loads of cabinet room. The apartment is technically a three bedroom!! We had been using the third bedroom for storage. NOT looking to bring 2 people onto the lease, that would be a discussion to have with my former roommate, who will now be YOUR roommate.
This is a great spot. I had lived here quite comfortably for a number of years after college, including hosting for my friends, and it would be a great place for a student or former student to land. Give me a holler and I'll connect you with my old roommate to schedule a time to go check the place out. It is move in ready RIGHT AWAY, and the current lease is until June, with renewal options if you want to stay in the place.
