One bedroom open in a top-floor unit. These units are something a little different — vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, a balcony, and in-unit washer and dryer. It's a comfortable, well-appointed space. Two current tenants are already living there. Heads up: the chance for lease renewal or extension on this unit has passed, so it's available for a set timeline starting now.
Option 2 – 2 Bed / 1 Bath (End Unit)
One bedroom available in an end unit for the same timeline. A quieter, more private setup with just one other roommate.
One thing worth knowing about how this works: units are leased as whole units, not by the bedroom. That means the current tenants have a real say in who moves in — which is actually a good thing. It keeps everyone in control of their living situation.
