We’re three WWU students (and a cat) looking for one more roommate to fill the private room in our cozy adorable 4bed/2bath house in the York neighborhood.

The House:
• 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms
• $900/month EVERYTHING but wifi included (utilities, water, garbage, etc)
• $500 damage deposit
• In-unit laundry
• Safe, nice home with local owner management (responsive and easy to work with)
• Cat-friendly, bring your (neutered/spayed/vaccinated) cat with an additional $200 damage deposit
• Close to coffee, Fred Meyer, Whole Foods, WWU, downtown Bellingham, restaurants, and buses

The Room & Move-In:
• Private room, empty, clean, and move-in ready
• Available January 1st, possibly before Christmas if you need an early move-in
• No utilities to split (except wifi)
