Close to bus line. Not fancy, but very cozy!
This apt complex is quiet and SAFE with wonderful kind neighbors.

Rent is $750 with $100 for internet, utilities etc. And, in these hard times utilities aren't much. It's very well insulated.
There's a $50 application fee, but the landlord is not concerned about credit history. They know me well. Month to month for short or long term. 1st and last month rent. The damage deposit is negotiable. The bedroom is being renovated now. New paint and carpet. I'll post picture soon.
