I am looking for a new roommate. I am 32, self employed and mostly keep to myself. I am seeking someone who meshes well and can stay long-term. Apartment is 2nd floor, no smoking, drinking OK. I have two cats so no more additional animals unless in a tank, please. Prefer to keep the apartment a quiet and safe place to relax so please keep guests to a minimum. I might have my parents or a neighbor over every once in a while.
The room is single occupancy only please. I have my gaming setup I would ask that is left alone. I can reflect this in your rent which is around $675 to 750 depending on utilities. Pretty cheap for now! Rent does go up in June. Must pass background and credit check. Hoping for a professional who works full time and won't have any problems paying rent and helping keep shared areas tidy.
Laundry on site, parking pass for each of us and the room is a good size with large closets and close to Winco and Petco. I am super easy to communicate with, especially over text & email. I hope to hear from you soon!
