Hey folks, my friend and I are looking for a third housemate. We’re aiming to move into a place in town with a decent finish and a garage starting August. Price point is +/- $1,200.

We’re 22 and 31, both professionally employed with regular hours. We both get into the usual North Cascades recreation and like to get out for ski trips in the winter. He and I are splitting a spot in Whistler which, if you lived with us, you could get into for $300 a month.

I attached some photos of potential properties we’re looking at once we get our third.
