I am a self-employed professional in his 30’s. I work long hours and when I come home I just hang out with my cats and keep to myself. I rarely bring people over and hope the same.
I have a good sized room available in a second floor unit near Winco. The ideal roommate is someone who can keep to themselves, no smoking, no pets and can keep shared spaces clean. Must be able to pass background checks and good rental and credit history.
I am very much hoping for a long term roommateship but open to short (at least a year or two).
Rent is around 750-850 total depending on utilities. I can pay a little more because I do use more space. If this sounds like a good fit please reach out! I look forward to hearing from you.
